Not every product on sale is eligible for exchange or return.
Open and check the packages that you think may be damaged during shipment in the presence of the company representative. In case of any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by attaching a damage assessment report to the cargo company. Do not forget that you accept that the cargo company fulfills its duty after the delivery of the product. The products received are considered to be undamaged and intact. Returns of used and damaged products are not accepted. The buyer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered in and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.
If the Buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product, cancels it in the bank records or the Seller (hereinafter referred to as Nova Bella.) if Nova Bella fails to receive the fee for reasons not caused by Nova Bella's obligation to deliver the product ends.
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer has paid is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to Nova Bella by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer is obliged to return the product subject to the contract to Nova Bella within 3 days at the shipping expense of Nova Bella. The buyer irrevocably accepts, declares and undertakes this situation.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchange Conditions;
Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers may terminate the contract. Buyers have accepted at the time of order that the delivery times of the products may be extended due to personalized production and/or personalized modifications and changes.
Due to the custom production of the products, every online purchase requires the buyer to specify their dimensions. For unspecified orders, they are produced and shipped according to their previously accepted and online ordered size. In this context, return/exchange requests of the ordered products based on the grounds of 'body incompatibility' are not accepted in accordance with the legislation.
There is no right to change the products ordered and prepared by the buyer in line with personal requests and/or personal needs.
Changes are not accepted without the original invoice and the return and exchange form. Returns and exchanges of damaged products and their original packaging are not accepted.
Shipping costs arising from this transaction belong to the Buyer.
Return Policy
Damaged and/or defective products can be returned by filling out the return and exchange form and attaching all the documents on delivery. Refunds are made through the E-commerce department.
Our company does not cover the shipping cost incurred due to this process.

Return Procedure on Return Request
The products you want to return will be returned to your credit card within 14 working days from the date you receive the products in accordance with the return conditions and the Provision Code will be notified to you by mail. The refund will be reflected on your statement within the framework of your agreement with the bank. Nova Bella is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or other intermediary institution even though the refund is made by Nova Bella. You can contact your bank with your authorization code for refunds that are not reflected on your statement.
Taxes and expenses paid at customs arising from the delivery of services (customs duty, value added tax, special consumption and countervailing taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the refund. The buyer agrees to this situation in advance.
