This clarification text has been prepared within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), in cases where Nova Bella Gelinlik ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi acts as a data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law, in order to provide information to real persons ("Data Owner") about the processes, forms and purposes of collecting, processing, storing, protecting and destroying their personal data, and their rights and methods of exercising their rights in accordance with the Law.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our company as a data owner;

- If your data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing the data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred in the country or abroad,
- Requesting correction of the data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant legislation, requesting the deletion or destruction of the data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
However, in accordance with the provision of Article 28/2 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you cannot exercise your rights listed above, except for your right to demand compensation for the damage in the following cases:
- The processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or for criminal investigation.
- Processing of personal data made public by the person concerned.
- The processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of supervisory or regulatory duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations in the nature of public institutions, based on the authority granted by the law.
- The processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of the economic and financial interests of the state in relation to budgetary, tax and financial issues.
5. What do you need to do if you exercise your rights?
If you want to exercise your rights, you can send your application through a notary public to our company's (Harbiye Mah. Abdi İpekçi Cad. Maltepe apt,No:44 / 7 İstanbul / Şişli) or you can deliver it to the same address in person or through a proxy.
It is obligatory to submit the documents proving your identity, the documents supporting your request, if any, and the copy of the power of attorney containing the special authority if you want to exercise this right through your proxy.
Your requests sent with the form will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the determined tariff may be charged.
Reference; We may have difficulty in meeting your requests and there may be delays in the research process in cases such as incomplete or incorrect sharing of information, the request is not expressed in a clear and understandable manner, the documents supporting the request are not submitted at all or as required, and the copy of the power of attorney is not attached to the applications made by proxy. For this reason, it is important that you comply with these issues in the exercise of your rights. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any delays. Our company's legal rights are reserved in the face of erroneous, untrue/unlawful, malicious applications.
